This accommodation is for contractors and stakeholders ONLY. The accommodation cannot be booked by tourists.
There is a large communal kitchen with two stoves/ovens, one large fridge and a large chest freezer, cooking appliances and utensils, crockery as well as a washing machine.
The Accommodation is secure and there is ample parking space inside the compound.

Please be advised, once a booking is confirmed, Reception at MCAC must be advised of any cancellation or change to the booking at least 24 hours prior the planned arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 nights stay ($180.00).

Should a booking need to be cancelled at short notice due to the roads being unsuitable to travel or with respect to Community advice restricting travel for cultural reasons, cancellations will be made at no cost.

Also there will be a $750+ GST call out fee for after hours.

• Keys MUST be returned to the Key Return box or left on counter in the Kitchen or to the Manager on site.*
• ALL VISITORS must obtain Central Land Council permits and receive approval PRIOR to arrival in community.
• ALL VISITORS are required to sign in at the Mutitjulu Community office upon arrival, or at first available time if arrival is after business hours.

*A $250 PENALTY will be applied towards your billing for hard keys not returned upon check out.
